Terms of Service

1. Who May Use the Portal

The Portal is a business tool for TWO Packaging's clients. Access is by invitation only: you may create an account solely if your email (or your company's email domain) has been approved by TWO Packaging, and you may use the Portal only on behalf of the company you are authorized to represent. You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act for that company.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@twopackaging.com if you believe your account has been used without authorization. We may suspend or terminate accounts that are misused or that access data they are not authorized to view.

3. The Portal and Order Information

The Portal displays order, shipping, payment, and invoice information that TWO Packaging maintains about your company's orders. We work to keep this information accurate and current, but it is provided for convenience and may be updated, corrected, or delayed. The order documents and communications of record (such as your signed invoice and any written agreement with TWO Packaging) govern in the event of any discrepancy with what is shown in the Portal.

4. Electronic Signatures and Invoice Acceptance

The Portal lets you review and electronically sign invoices. When you type your name and select "Sign & Accept," you agree that your electronic signature is valid and enforceable under the U.S. ESIGN Act and the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA), with the same legal effect as a handwritten signature. The specific invoice acceptance terms — including payment terms, proof approval, pricing and lead time, shipping and duties, use of artwork, and cancellations — are presented to you at the time of signing and form part of your agreement for that order.

5. Loyalty Program

The Portal may show a loyalty tier and rewards based on your company's completed orders and lifetime spend with TWO Packaging. Loyalty tiers and rewards are a goodwill benefit offered at TWO Packaging's discretion, may be changed or discontinued, and have no cash value. Tier thresholds, calculations, and any manual adjustments are determined by TWO Packaging.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• access or attempt to access any account, company, or data other than your own;
• interfere with, disrupt, probe, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Portal or its systems;
• copy, scrape, or misuse data from the Portal except for your own legitimate business use;
• use the Portal in violation of any applicable law or these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

The Portal, including its software, design, and content (excluding your own company's data), is owned by TWO Packaging and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Portal for your internal business purposes while your account is active.

8. Disclaimers

The Portal is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Portal will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TWO Packaging will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Portal. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and these Terms do not alter the terms governing your actual orders with TWO Packaging.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Portal and delete your account at any time from the Profile screen. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Portal. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective" date above and post the updated Terms in the Portal. Your continued use of the Portal after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
